This year’s symposium entitled Antitrust’s Competing 2020 Visions will explore the robust debate surrounding the direction of antitrust law. Panel topics will include “EU vs. U.S.: Evaluating Competing Approaches to Antitrust and Innovation,” “Divergence Between the FTC and DOJ? Recent Tensions and Implications for Practice,” “The Impact of State Antitrust Enforcement,” and “Antitrust Politics: What Policy Changes are Most Needed in the U.S.?”
 
The symposium is organized by the George Mason Law Review and the George Mason Law & Economics Center’s Henry G. Manne Program in Law and Economics Studies.
