If you wish to request a room for any event, you must first obtain approval by submitting a Room Reservation Request Form to Dawn Moore, Hazel Hall, Room 203. Send an e-mail to dmooreb@gmu.edu or fax to 703-993-8088. Written notification will be forwarded to you once the event has been approved.
